So..... it was a pretty good weekend :)
Huiqi's friend from Singapore came to visit on Saturday and we went to Greenhouse for dinner.
SOOOOOO amazed by the field of flowers *insert heart shaped eyes
it was just... BREATH TAKINGGGG :D
hehehe so happy Spring is here!!!

on Sunday we went to the Lund Carnival (Lundakarnevalen) which is held only once in 4 years!
So I guess we are pretty lucky huh ^^v
but everything also need to pay T.T
the celebration runs for 3 days, Friday-Sunday!

it was cheaper due to the carnival but the portions were also smaller -.-
we went to watch the circus and the cabaret, both about 45 mins!
sadly they were in Swedish so we were lost 98% of the time :/
but the performances were pretty good!!
it was 100 SEK (SGD20) each for the performances I think and we had to pay another 60 SEK (SGD12) to enter the carnival area so it was slightly over SGD50 in total!

the circus was at 6pm and it ended close to 7pm but our next show was at 8.30pm :/
so we were wondering what to do...
and we can't go out cos the entrance fee only entitles a one time entrance T.T
so we wondered around and found a main stage where there were performances hourly!
it was raining so everyone had umbrellas and weren't very enthusiastic lol.
but we went back after that at about 10pm and the last act was pretty good :D
it was by Discoteka Yugostyle!
we thought it was supposed to start at 10pm so we were quite pissed when they used like 50 mins to tune their instruments etc...
we wanted to walk away but glad we didn't!
and they started at 11pm wheeeeee~
and it was SOOOO packed! when we went at 10pm it was still very empty and we stood right at the front.
funny thing was, we saw security guards, like bouncers and they were so fierce and all.
BUT!
there were bottles of water on the floor and they fed the people in the crowd when they signaled that they wanted water :O
SHOCKED MAXXXXXX.
they even had fireworks after that but the sky was so gloomy we can hardly see anything ._.
it was quite a sight! to see Lund so alive and we were wondering where all the people came from
HAHAHAH.
it is normally very quiet and peaceful!!!
but so many people were drunk during the carnival and the police were everywhere.

think I'm so used to the peace and silence here its going to be hard when I return to Singapore.
so so scary that school ends in 2 weeks time and then I'm leaving Lund very very soon.
SUPER EGGCITED AND HAPPY to be heading home
but I know I'm going to miss being here T.T
being happily anti-social in my own room sigh.
