Being sloths (Stockholm Day 3)

Day 3 was all about being lazy... hence the title hahaha.

we left the hostel at about 11am? heheh.

our room had no windows so we couldn't see any sunlight...

thus we just kept sleeping *inserts pig emoji

we explored another island, a hipster island - Södermalm! :)

I kept forgetting the name of the island and had HQ and Jess repeat it 5 million times.

WHOOPSIE.

 

took a train this time round, it was like 6 stops or something from our station.

OH CLEAR BRRRUEEEE SKY 

we just walked aimlessly and were abit disappointed (AT FIRST),
like HUH?! what's the hype about?
BUT....
We understood why this island is AMAZING when the sun came out and we walked to the correct area of the island hehe.

 

chanced upon this vintage, hipster shop SUPER COOL!!!
and then it was time for lunch...

CHINESE FOOD AGAIN!!! WHAHAHA.

the owners were a cute middle aged couple from Shanghai and thank god we could speak Chinese,
cos we couldn't understand the menu at all hahahah.

and she was SUPER NICE!!!
She gave us discounts and all :') GAN DONG!

the 3 happily had ice-cream in the sun :)

watch out for the seagulls though, we saw some seagulls trying to get a bite of these too AHAHAH.

and we just sat there and did nothing for like 2 hours.
SO AWESOME.

will never be able to do this in SG :(

 

some famous vegetarian restaurant we chanced upon but we were TOO FULL.

and then we walked back to the hipster area and TADA!

there were SO SO SO many people sitting outside and enjoying the sun, drinking coffee/beer and having a jolly good time :)

its like our Tiong Bahru in Singapore!

the staff was super nice and all~ she said she visited SG 4 times and loved it wahaha.

BYE BYE DAY 3 ^^

It was really a super relaxing and fun day, just doing nothing and walking around, enjoying sights and people busking in the sun :)

I guess this is what we don't get to do often in SG, everything just happens so damn fast :( 

and there's not much of a scenery... LOL! or maybe I haven't discovered them yet.

and happy to travel w chill people who willingly and gladly enjoy a slow paced day just walking/eating/doing nothing in particular hehehe.

DAY 4 UPPPP NEXT~~~
